Precautions
Safety Precautions
- Be sure to have professional electrical personnel or trained and qualified technicians to operate.
- Ensure that the high-voltage power switch is disconnected during installation.
- Please check the material carefully before installation. If it is missing or damaged, do not proceed with installation.
- Insulation gloves must be worn during installation, and the outside of metal tools must be tightly wrapped with insulation tape before use.
- It is strictly prohibited to touch the total positive and total negative of the battery pack at the same time during installation to avoid high voltage injuries.
- Non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling the module shell, and are not allowed to touch the internal circuit board to avoid electric shock accidents.
- Without confirmation by the manufacturer’s technical personnel, it is forbidden to modify or use this system on other projects to avoid serious accidents.
Safe Use Guide
- Guarantee measures shall be provided for the safe and reliable operation environment of the battery system.
- During use, the power must not exceed the rated power. The system should be kept away from fire, heat, and water sources. If the battery leaks or emits a peculiar smell, stop using it immediately and notify the relevant personnel for handling.
- The battery system shall be fully charged and fully discharged every six months. It is recommended to use a charge/discharge rate of 0.5C and keep detailed records.
- Before operating the energy storage battery after long-term storage, a safety inspection of the system must be carried out to avoid equipment damage or safety problems caused by loose connections, condensation, rust, or mold.
